MaltaPost participated in the Essen stamp fair 2014 in Essen Germany. The Essen stamp fair is a yearly event where international postal operators showcase their countries’ various philatelic publications. MaltaPost’s Philatelic Bureau featured a variety of Maltese stamps related to popular themes such as history and architecture.

For this special event, the Philatelic Bureau issued an Occasion Card portraying the stamp from the “Israel – Malta Joint Stamp Issue 2014”. MaltaPost also issued a Personalised Stamp/Cover and Personalised Stamps featuring the Essen stamp exhibition logo.
