This year, the stamps issued by the postal administrations that are members of SEPAC (Small European Postal Administrations Cooperation) will feature “animals” as their joint theme. The OETP has chosen the gull, a very common marine bird in Monaco. The species depicted on the stamp is the Larus michahellis which is characteristic of the Mediterranean.
